The 310 sq.ft. studio style Casita has refrigerated air, one queen bed (Nectar Memory Foam Mattress), kitchenette (induction stove top), full sized refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, filtered tap water, TV streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+). Private access through a secure gate, private patio with table, two chairs and charcoal grill. The property has security cameras on the exterior.
Historic, family-friendly neighborhood, walking distance to several parks (Madeline, O’Keefe, Alethea), Cincinnati entertainment district. Five-minute drive to I-10, University of Texas El Paso, El Paso Community College, Southwest University Stadium, convention center and downtown entertainment district. Twelve minute drive to University Medical Center.
