When you need to feed the whole gang, you can easily head out to the many local restaurants nearby, yet a tasty meal can be whipped up with ease in the full kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, a huge island with bar seating, a wine fridge, and all of the utensils needed to prepare any recipe. For more casual cookouts, simply walk downstairs under the home and fire up the grill as everyone plays ping-pong, gathers around the firepit, or rinses off sandy toes in the outdoor shower. Don't worry about going to a coffee shop to get some work done either, as this home is complete with free high-speed WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
