Enter into the home through a large mudroom with hooks, seating and ample space to store all your winter or summer gear. Walk into the kitchen on the first floor where you will find a fully equipped kitchen for your stay; fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster oven, keurig coffee maker, all cooking utensils and spices. 2 dining spaces give you enough seating for all 10 guests, or enjoy sitting outside on the covered porch or open patio overlooking the private back yard that has a wood fire pit for your use (make sure to pick up some wood at the store in town on your way in!). 1/2 bathroom completes this level for your ease.

Step down into the living room where you will find two cozy couches to enjoy the electric fire place and Smart TV! A wall air conditioner/ heating unit, and access to the patio round out this space.
Off the living room, head downstairs to the walk out lower level with 2 queen beds and another smart TV.

Come back upstairs to the top floor where you will find 3 large bedrooms. One primary suite with a king sized bed, on suite bathroom with a jetted tub, towel warmer and air conditioning unit.
Across the hallway sits two more bedrooms, both with queen beds, nightstands, closets and share a full bathroom with a tub and double vanity sink. A washer and dryer in the basement complete this property for your convenience!

This home is in the country! Very remote location and likely you may see some wildlife in/around the property. Moose, deer, turkey, bear are all in this area, please keep your distance shall you get the chance to admire one!

Wood fire pit outside- make sure to grab a bundle of wood from the local store in-town to use.

No cell phone reception at the property- WIFI is present to utilize wifi calling.

The property is on a drilled well water source and private septic system. The water is tested regularly for consumption. You may choose to buy some bottled water on your way in. Please do not flush any items other than toilet paper and human waste, down the toilet and no grease down the kitchen sink.

Lamoille County is home to this vacation home. Ryder Brook Golf Course and Lamoille Valley Rail Trail are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit The Center for America's First Horse and Quechee Gorge Mini Golf. Pump House Indoor Waterpark and Swimming Hole are also worth visiting.
