The stairwell to the upper level opens onto the main living area with hardwood and tile floors. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances make cooking a delight. The entire family can join in preparing and enjoying the fresh catch of the day, with bar seating for 3 and a separate glass top dining table for 5. Or, take advantage of the Gulf view and enjoy your meals in the screened-in dining porch just off of the kitchen and dining room. The attached sundeck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee as the sun rises above the Gulf waters or to enjoy an evening cocktail as you count the shooting stars across the night sky.
The living room offers comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa and a large, flat panel TV for your enjoyment, while a DVD player, CD/stereo, and an assortment of DVDs, books, and games are available to entertain you on rainy days. A sliding glass door opens onto the sundeck as the glistening Gulf waters lure you outside to relax in the warmth of the Florida sun.
A short stairwell leads to the loft bedroom with 2 twin beds and the best views in the house! A great space for children or teenagers, the loft bedroom also offers a private bathroom with a full tub and shower.
Outside amenities include a large, private swimming pool and ample deck space for lounging, an enclosed hot & cold outdoor shower, a park-style charcoal grill and covered parking. Lush landscaping and a natural setting surround you, and with no power or cable lines to obstruct your views, you will feel enveloped in your own private paradise.
A very short stroll (approximately 75 yards) takes you along a private nature path to the community beach boardwalk, where your toes will indulge in the feel of the white, sandy beaches of the Florida Panhandle. Swimming, shelling and dolphin watching await you along the miles of uncrowded beach and glistening waters.
