No need to drive over the mountains for your peaceful getaway. Stay in this remote, private 21 acre estate and enjoy the outdoors and beautiful sunsets. There are two ponds on the property and plenty of opportunities to see wildlife. Sit and meditate on the life-size elephant. Soak in the hot tub or decompress in the sauna. Take a wandering hike to a waterfall, spot a blue heron or simply take a nap in a hammock. There are 4 bedrooms, all with access to private decks.

Please note, we can accommodate events but we have an event fee of $1,500 for use of the land in addition to the house rent (for day of event only). We also require a banquet permit or licensed caterer if serving alcohol and if more than 30 guests we require rental of a porta potty near the event location on the property (we are on a septic system). We also can only do events up to 75 guests.

Located in Duvall, this vacation home is in a rural area. Redmond Performing Arts Center and Woodinville Repertory Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Evergreen State Fairgrounds and The Reptile Zoo.
