Enjoy the new modern kitchen with brand new Bosch stainless steel appliances, top-quality kitchenware, everything you'll need to fix and enjoy meals, as well as a Keurig and coffee press.
You can also relax in the cozy lounge area, equipped with a spacious sofa, 50” TV with Amazon Video and Netflix, and plenty of space to unwind.
In the bedroom there is (what we've been told by guests) the most comfy queen bed with high quality sheets and bedding.
Attached to the bedroom is a new bathroom with a large walk in shower (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, and a blow dryer provided).
You can do your laundry in the new Speed Queen washer and dryer- we will provide a few pods:)
Also available are two fold up luxury twin sized beds for any reservation over 2 up to 4. These beds are very comfortable!! - (say no to air mattresses lol).
We are right next to a small, quiet, safe park where you can set up an outdoor game (ask us for some!) or just stroll around if you feel like being outside.
We also provide some fun board games and reading material for your enjoyment.
This unit is fresh, beautiful, and special...I think you will be very happy staying here.

South Valley, a neighborhood in Draper, is home to this apartment. Thanksgiving Point and Hale Centre Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Cowabunga Bay Water Park and Airborne Trampoline Arena. Loveland Living Planet Aquarium and Butterfly Biopshere are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and skiing, and don't miss out on the snowmobiling.
