Dream Catcher on the River is the perfect cabin to truly experience a mountain getaway like no other. The moment you arrive, you'll notice the sounds of the river and the mountain ambiance envelop you. Inside, the inviting living room offers guests a set of comfortable sofas, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and a great place to gather with your friends back home from the Rockies. The flatscreen TV, DVD, and WiFi will keep you entertained after a long day of fishing and the mountains loom even larger just a step away on the large back deck. The deck is partially enclosed and the rest is open to the fresh air; it features comfortable patio furniture and a gas grill in case you'd like to step up mealtime and surprise your friends with a delicious BBQ. The fully-equipped kitchen has been completely renovated with brand new cabinets, granite countertops, and new appliances to make cooking a breeze. It won't be difficult to channel your inner chef and treat your guests to savory meals. There is a door to the deck just off the kitchen for elk watching and taking in the fresh air and abundant wildlife, like deer, bobcat, and coyote, or enjoying the early morning mountain views and running river.

What's nearby:
If you or anyone in your group are fishing enthusiasts, you'll be glad to know that the Big Thompson River will be your backyard. Anglers frequent the river’s side, and kayakers drop the rapids. You'll be in a great location five and a half miles away from downtown Estes Park. Make sure to visit downtown to stock up on groceries at any of the many grocery stores and convenience stores. Treat yourself to any of the nearby restaurants if you don't feel like cooking; you'll find something for everyone. Roughly 10 miles away is the famous Rocky Mountain National Park with its scenic hiking and driving trails.

Please note that this home is on US Hwy 34, a very busy road.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Located in Drake, this cabin is in the mountains and on the waterfront. Estes Park Museum and Stanley Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Trout Haven Fishing Pond and Tiny Town Miniature Golf. Wild Basin Area and Moraine Park Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
