Dr. Matt Perza joined us in July 2015 from Kentucky! He completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, and then Graduated from Mississippi State University Veterinary School in 2012! He has 3 cats, Roy, Charlie, and Vinnie, and his best bud Skippy a Pomeranian. Outside of the hospital he spends a good portion of his time caring for Skippy who is suffering from Chronic Renal Failure. Other then taking care of Skippy he dedicates a lot of time to music and is a trumpet player in a community big band. " Its always nice to help people. At the end of the day, its especially rewarding when you are actually able to change someone's life; whether through improving the relationship with their pet or even saving their pets life!'
