This 4 bedroom/2 bathroom rental is located at the lakefront and has a shared boat dock, allowing for a boat or a couple of jet skis to be stored. To reach the home and boat dock via the lake, you use Boulder Creek Marina. Guests will also have access to a one car garage and the spacious driveway with enough room for a boat trailer. Inside Hereford Lakehouse Custom Home is arranged with an open floor plan. A living room, kitchen, and dining area share this common space. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating arrangements placed in front of a mounted flat screen TV. Additionally there is a sofa sleeper placed against the wall near the fireplace. This is ideal if you need extra bedding. The TV is prepared with a DVD player for family entertainment. A washer and dryer are tucked away around the corner, handy for wet swimsuits after a day at the lake.

Behind the living room is a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all appliances needed and a generous amount of counter space for a chef to whip up delicious treats and gourmet meals. Five guests are encouraged to keep the chef company in the kitchen by taking a seat at the built in breakfast bar. Alongside this dining space, the dining table has seating for four just steps away. When your home cooked meal is ready to be served, call everyone over to dine together.

Although, if you prefer to dine alfresco you will swoon over the lakefront deck. Step outside onto the deck and fire up the BBQ for a juicy steak. Two patio tables and chairs are arranged for you to dine while you watch the blue lake in front of you. There is also a dedicated fire pit for roasting s'mores.

When you are ready to call it a night, there are four bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom has a King-size bed. A full bathroom is available with a shower/tub combo and dual sinks. The first guest bedroom similarly has a King-size bed. The second guest bedroom holds a Full-size bed. The last guest bedroom is suitable for accommodating the kids with a Twin over Full bunk bed and TV. A guest bathroom is assembled with a walk-in shower and spacious vanity.
