From the moment you enter the front door, the panoramic views of the lake will soothe your soul. This house has everything! Two distinct living and dining areas are perfect for multiple families vacationing together to have their own space or turn the lower level over to the kids to enjoy the game room and tv while the adults hang out upstairs!
The top level of this 4 story home includes the 1st master suite, a bunk room, shared bathroom and a private, enclosed deck with its own coffee bar as well as a 55" television in the bedroom.
The second level has two private suites with private bathrooms and decks as well as the laundry room. Both rooms have a 42" television, one room has a pack-n-play in the closet and the other has a small futon that folds out for your little sleepers.
The main level boasts a gourmet kitchen with professional grade appliances and a Weber grill just outside on the deck for grilling up steaks, burgers & brats. The deck has seating for 6 and its own firetable! The open living room/dining room combo provides an 8 mile panoramic view of the main channel. The living room showcases an 72" flat screen television with Hulu, Discover + and Netflix. The dining room table seats 6 and the oversized kitchen island seats 4 comfortably. A half bath is located on this floor as well.
The lower level has its own living room, dining area and game room along with a second master suite. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is so much room for activities! The foosball and air hockey tables are sure to be a hit with the kids and the 84" television is great for family time. The master suite has an incredible, deep soaking tub along with an over-sized shower and 42" television in the bedroom. This level also hosts the largest deck in the house which seats 14 and has a firetable! There are also 2 full size daybed swings on this level, perfect for lounging the day away.
Vinita is home to this vacation home. Har-Ber Village and Afton Station are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Summerside Vineyards, Winery & Meadery and Blue Coyote Winery.
