Our firm was founded by attorney H. Nathan Resnick more than 15 years ago. A sole practitioner at the time, Mr. Resnick’s early years at this firm were spent focusing on bankruptcy and business law-related matters for clients in metro Detroit’s Tri County Area and southeast Michigan. Today, business law, commercial litigation and bankruptcy law remain key areas of focus.
