In order to maximize your Cuisine dining experience, Chef Paul has expanded the menu to offer a la carte Menu as well as a Progression Menu. Our menu is ever changing to reflect some truly unique and special dishes not often found. Plus pastry chef Kevin Kearney contributes elegant desserts and house-made breads.
