Welcome to Oceanic View. This 3-story home is designed for luxury beach living with a laid-back family friendly vibe, perfect for you & your family and guests. The first floor features a master suite with king size bed and flat screen TV, & bathroom with tub/shower combo. The 1st floor living area offers a queen sleeper sofa, and full kitchen & dining area for four. The back porch sitting area is perfect for morning coffee.

The 2nd floor living area offers surround sound and has plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Oversized sofas, one of which is a queen sleeper bed, and comfortable chairs give the perfect backdrop for a family movie night or to watch the big game. Your kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and glasses you need for big feasts. The dining area has seating for 6 at the table and an additional 4 at the breakfast bar leaving plenty of elbow space for the family after a slow day at the beach. A full-size washer and dryer are provided wash away the sea water and get ready for your next day!

The second story master suite has a queen-size bed, a flat screen TV and DVD player and a full bathroom with a double vanity and a jacuzzi tub/shower combination. Just down the hall is a bunk room, the perfect place for late night giggle sessions, with a twin over full bunk bed and a flat screen TV with shared bathroom.

The 3rd floor has another living room, with queen sleeper sofa, a with large flat screen, a DVD player, and full surround sound. Here you will also find yet another fully equipped kitchen, with dining area set for 6 and additional seating on the upper level balcony. The 3rd floor master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat screen TV and DVD player and a full bathroom with a double vanity and a Jacuzzi tub/shower combination. The guest suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV and attached full bathroom.

Enjoy star gazing or peek-a-boo gulf views on one of the homes spacious balconies. At the rear of the home, there is an outdoor shower, for rinsing off after a day at the beach as well as a grill for summer BBQ's.
