Step into our thrilling gaming room, where an assortment of board games and classic arcade favorites promise hours of entertainment. Immerse yourself in the latest gaming adventures with the PlayStation 5 console, or unwind with a cinematic experience using our high-quality projector setup.

But the fun doesn't end indoors! Explore the neighborhood with our collection of rollerblades and scooters. Need to blow off some steam? Our punching bag and stationary bicycle are ready to help you break a sweat right in the comfort of home.

Outside, the backyard oasis beckons with its lush landscaping and inviting amenities. The outdoor kitchen counter boasts a sink and grill, perfect for whipping up barbecue delights or backing a yummy pizza. Gather around the dining table for al fresco meals, or simply unwind with a refreshing beverage in hand.

For the ultimate relaxation, indulge in the soothing waters of the hot tub, where you can soak away your cares. Alternatively, bask in the sunshine by the sparkling pool, where comfortable loungers invite you to kick back and unwind.

**Private heated Pool and Hot Tub**
Both can be heated with an additional fee of $60/day even in very cold temperatures. No partial stay heating.

**Young people groups**
If under 25 years old a refundable deposit of $800 is paid separately from your booking. Under 21 years old we do not allow alcohol on the property.

**Pets**
We are a pet-welcoming house (up to 6 pets) with a fee of $100/pet during the whole stay.

**No parties**
We encourage you to enjoy our home and even invite your friends for small gatherings during the day but please remember that only registered guests are permitted to sleep over during your rental period.

**Additional nightly rate**
$39 for 7+ guests will be charged.

**Entertainment**
All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.

**Internet speed**
We provide a super fast up to 1 Gbps internet.

**Working area**
We do not have a designated working space. However, we have a foldable nice size office table that can be provided and opened with a prior request (Gaming room).

*No indoor smoking*
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $250 fine. Please smoke only outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

**Security cameras**
For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

**House rules violations**
Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

**Guest access**
Enjoy the comfort of a self-check-in. One day before your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. If you still have questions, we’re available for you! Please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.

**Late check-out** will be charged for $150 /hour.

**Photos are representative of the furnishings, appliances, bedding, and other items in the home. From time to time, we update, replace, or move items around. We don't reshoot photos after each change (If there is a doubt- feel free to ask us directly).

SECURITY CAMERA:
We have security cameras. All cameras are in the exterior parts of the house. One points to the garage and the other one is by the front door.

DeSoto is home to this vacation home.
