Hand-crafted, European influenced menu items are from the heart and soul of chef Olaf stamer. Irish born and trained, Olaf has created an assortment of dishes unlike any other here in Denver. With passions for food and satisfactions, this Drogheda-born and graduate of panel of chefs of Ireland will not disappoint.
