We are excited to share our travel trailer camper with people looking to enjoy all the Colorado mountains have to offer. It has a wonderful slide out that makes it even more spacious for the whole family! It can comfortably sleep 6 adults, up to 9 with a mix of kids. The dinette sleeper and trifold love set both sleep 1-2.
Features:
- A/C and heat. A/C does require electrical hookup or a 3500 Watt generator.
- Electric awning with led lights
- Indoor/outdoor speakers to enjoy music.
- DVD player
- Radio (with Bluetooth)
- TV (TV requires electrical hookup or generator).
- Outside shower that makes it easy to wash off feet, shoes or animals.
- Stove, oven, coffee pot and Microwave (requires electric hookup or generator)
- Full size refrigerator with freezer
- Full size bathroom with shower
- Master bed is a queen, one set of twin bunk beds

Included with reservation:
- Fully stocked kitchen ( pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, can opener, paper towels, cleaning supplies, broom and dish soap). Full sized pantry for dry goods. Fridge, freezer, stove, oven, coffee pot
- Linens (bath and kitchen towels, all master bed linens, kitchen towels, rags and extra blankets)
- Bathroom supplies (toilet paper, hand soap)
- 2 full 20lb propane tank
- 4 camping chairs
- Marshmallow roasting tools
- A few indoor and outdoor games
- Firepit grill grate
- Hitch and sway bar

Dogs are allowed but please keep them off the furniture!!
When you pick up the trailer, we’ll give you a detailed walkthrough of how to use everything along with guides and checklists for reference.
Cleaning fee of $75 required for cleaning and disinfecting of the trailer. If the trailer is returned in an excessively dirty condition it will result in a $100 additional fee (from deposit).
No smoking inside the trailer!
No beach camping i.e. Lake McConaughy.

Not included with reservation:
- 2200 watt Generator $25 / per night (unlimited hours, use own gas)
- Trailer hookups/disconnect $30
- Pets allowed ($25/night per pet)
- Pillows
- Small propane bottles for grill
- Late drop-off or Early pick-up $30
- Dump fee $75
