Basestamp was started on an idea of taking recruiting back to the essential: Finding the right person for the job! Nothing more.
It’s based on our own experiences of recruiting. Often it was a long and complex process. It was frustrating. Basestamp is for you, when you need a new employee and want the process to be as simple as possible.
Often you find candidates from a pool of people looking for new opportunities. But often the right man for the job isn’t looking for new opportunities at the time, you need him or her. That's why we find your candidates using the newest online tools.
We bring recruiting back to basics. Where you have the control and our job is to provide you with overview and filters. Making your life easier. Not harder.
