Our camper is ready for your next adventure! It sleeps 4-5 including the dining table that turns into a small bed. This camper is family-friendly, with twin bunk beds, a tub, and a shower. Queen bed has an upgraded 2in foam mattress. Camper has a roof mounted solar panel that will keep the battery charged. Battery will run lights, radio, and USB ports. Propane tank runs stove, heater, and water heater. Refrigerator runs on propane/electric.

This trailer is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect for a comfortable life on the road. Items that are included are pots, pans, towels, blankets, sheets, pillow, cooking utensils, games, outdoor rugs, pillows. I tried to include everything that you may need on your trip.

Large electric awning/w ambiance lights for plenty of shade with Bluetooth radio and speakers.

Strict NO SMOKING/NO PET policy in the RV. If the RV smells of smoke/pet, you will forfeit your entire security deposit, no exceptions.(husband has allergies).

In order to create a comfortable, clean and sanitized environment for each renter, we do an extensive cleaning after each reservation. To help us keep our high standards, we charge a cleaning fee of $60 for each reservation.

This unit does not have a generator but does have solar power. (Does not power AC/Heater, Microwave, or Outlets)
