Connected, Seen & Heard is a team of therapists who have created a unique space that honors the need to belong. We offer individual, family, and couples therapy across a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief/loss, trauma, and substance use. Additionally, Connected, Seen & Heard offers community workshops, as well as therapist and in-service trainings.
