PLEASE NOTE: We have a restoration project scheduled to begin on March 7th that will last 3 to 4 months. It will be replacing the pool fencing, steps from the pool down to the beach, relocation of the poolside shower, etc. During this time, the hot tub, pool, and pool deck will remain open but guests may encounter workers and possible noise while on the pool deck. The scheduled work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm daily with an hour off for lunch. There is NO work scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays.

Currently, guests have beach access by walking out the front lobby door and following the sidewalk pathway to the right that leads thru Sun Splash Park adjacent to our property and down their set of stairs.

We have a hot tub and a large outdoor pool that is heated year round and was resurfaced last year. Relax in my cozy studio condo with an awesome view of the ocean from both inside the unit, and from the balcony! With a comfortable queen size bed, our place is perfect for a couple! There is a sofa with matching ottoman, a breakfast bar and stools, entertainment center, and 43 inch smart TV. You won't be disappointed! Please note that our unit has an oven, whereas some units in the building only have a stove top.

This third floor studio is privately owned so you get the personal feeling of being right at home. There are no blinds to deal with as we have replaced them with some nice drapes. The unique angle of the building provides our side unit with a beautiful view of the ocean as well as gorgeous sunset views during summer months from your private balcony. The balcony also provides a perfect seat to watch fireworks being shot from the pier as well as a view of Sun Splash Park next door.

This smoke-free condo has everything needed to make your trip complete including oven with stove top, toaster, refrigerator, single serve keurig coffee maker, cooking utensils, microwave, ninja, iron, and linens. You can cook meals in the well stocked kitchen, use one of the pool side BBQ grills, or visit the large array of area restaurants.

For guests who are flying or prefer to travel light, you are welcome to use our personal beach chairs, umbrella, hair dryer, etc. The pool is one of the largest heated pools in Daytona. It has tables, chairs, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and charcoal BBQ grills located on the private pool deck to help make dinner fun and enjoyable. Relieve tension in the bubbly Jacuzzi. The pool is gated with access only to Harbour Beach Resort guests.

Our building is safe and in a great location. There is an exercise room, a game room with ping pong table, air hockey, pinball, etc, a snack bar, and on-site laundry facilities. An ice machine is located on the 6th floor and one soon to be located in the lobby. There are additional bathrooms located conveniently in the lobby.

On the beach, chairs, umbrellas, floats, bicycles, and four wheelers are all available for rent. Parking pass is provided for on-site parking with additional parking available across the street. Sun Splash public park is located next door. There are two restaurants 2 blocks from us beach side. One is Land Shark Bar and Grill with a Key West feel and the other is Crabbie's Oceanside offering seafood. Our building is only a little over half mile (7 blocks) from the Main Street fishing pier which has Joe‘s Crab Shack Restaurant, Daytona Beach Boardwalk, and Ocean Walk Entertainment Complex with movie theater, restaurants, clubs, open air concerts, & much more!

The Daytona International Speedway is located 5 miles away with The Daytona Beach Kennel Club featuring poker rooms 6 miles. Deep sea fishing charters and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse are a short drive away. Attractions such as Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Kennedy Space Center are all about an hour from us.
