Bike rental is $25 per bike, per stay. Plenty of parking with no parking fees or hidden resort fees.

All guests must be at least 25 years old with a valid ID. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No more than 4 guests can stay at house. No visitors allowed. Violation of house rules will result to eviction with no refund.
Early check in Fee is $50 and late checkout fee is $35. Let us know if you plan on checking in early or checking out late. Pet Fee is $25 per dog, per day. Please let us know if you plan on bringing pets. Any additional visitors must be discussed with owner.
