The house has double paned windows and each bedroom is supplied with ear plugs and white noise machines. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, this property may not be a good fit for you.

~Although many features have been updated, this home is over 100 years old and it does have some quirks —we like to call this charm!

~ Minimum age to rent is 25 and primary guest must stay for the duration of the booking.

~ A rental contract must be signed online after booking. Please ask to see a sample.

~Friday is trash day. For our guests staying with us on Thursday nights -
As a part of our service, our team will come by on Thursday evenings to place the trash bins out for collection. On Friday, we will return to bring the bins back in. If you prefer to handle this task yourself or have specific preferences regarding the timing, please inform us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

~Landscaping service will be present at the property bi-weekly on Monday mornings. If this coincides with your visit, we will do our best to inform you when to expect them.
