Our 2-story villa offers over 3,500 sq. ft. of living space, defined by luxury and comfort. Dual-zone air conditioning ensures a stable temperature at all times, and the villa comprises three reception rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a laundry room. Our two spacious reception rooms are perfect for larger parties to gather together. The main living room features ample seating with a leather sectional sofa and sofa, along with a dining table for six. The room also includes a 60” Smart TV with a premium cable package of 300+ channels with on-demand and a Blu-Ray player. The complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home ensures you won't miss being online.

The family room has the main dining area accommodating up to 12 guests and overlooking the pool deck. Additionally, the room has a large sofa, 55” Smart TV, and Blu-Ray player for your entertainment. Our fully equipped kitchen features granite worktops and stainless-steel appliances, including a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge freezer with ice dispenser, and an additional fridge freezer to keep all your drinks cool in the garage. The breakfast bar provides 4 adjustable chairs, coffee maker, Keurig K-Cup, kettle, blender, toaster, and cooking utensils to cater to your needs.

Our third reception room, the media room, situated on the second floor featuring comfortable seating, a 55” Smart TV, a PlayStation 4 with 2 controllers, various video games suitable for all ages, and an air hockey table.

Our six bedrooms cater to every visitor, with nightstands that include integral night lights, table lamps, ceiling fans, USB chargers, and Smart TVs. Guests can enjoy hypo-allergenic mattresses, pillows, and comforters, ensuring a good night's rest.

Our Master Suite features en-suite bathroom with two separate vanity units, a large corner tub, and a walk-in shower.

For children, we have an exciting Mickey Mouse theme bedroom that has 2 twin beds and a princess theme bedroom that has 2 Twin beds. Bedrooms 2, 3, 4, and 5 share bathrooms with double vanities and tub/shower combinations. Bedroom 6 located on the ground floor has an adjacent bathroom with a single vanity unit and walk-in shower.

We have not forgotten about our younger guests, with a foldable and pack n play crib, high chair, stroller, play table with chairs, a selection of toys, stair gates, door alarms onto the patio, and a removable child fence around the pool.
