Welcome to The Tiffany Retreat! A beautiful incredibly clean, safe, peaceful, totally private, relaxing, tranquil country oasis located in the center of the city and only 2 miles from the beach! Our retreat has been completely remodeled and tastefully decorated for our guests. It has an open concept floor plan using comfortable furnishings and LV flooring throughout. This 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 1999 SF, mid century modern designed home is nestled on 2 acres of lush green landscaping right in the heart of Daphne and located on its own private street. Here at The Tiffany Retreat, it is our goal for each guests to relax, recharge and enjoy themselves in complete and utter peaceful zen of privacy! Yet, if one chooses, is free to indulge in all of the modern conveniences that Daphne and its surrounding cities including Fairhope and Mobile have to offer. When our guests arrive at the property, they will find that there is plenty of free parking on the premises. Multiple guests can drive directly up to the front of the house and park in the long driveway. There is additional guests parking on the west side of property along with an inviting front porch awaiting our guests. The retreat has a newly remodeled kitchen, recessed lighting, a built-in electric fireplace in the family room, upscale bathrooms, lots of space for entertaining and a brand new deck. The Tiffany Retreat is truly beautiful; surrounded by nature and yet located approximately 5 minutes away from beaches, parks, fishing, waterfront dining and golfing. There are also hiking as well as walking trails, Mobile nightlife, entertainment venues and a plethora of shopping nearby including the Jubilee Shopping Center and so much more! The Tiffany Retreat is actually only a 53 minute drive to the beaches of Gulf Shores. They were just nominated in 2024 as having the most beautiful white sandy beaches in all of America!
The retreat is extremely comfortable both inside and outside and has plenty of enough seating throughout for all guests to dine, unwind, relax and have fun! There are 3 tv’s inside the retreat with WiFi, ROKU, cable and internet connectivity access. Yes, there is central heating, ac accessibility, plenty of storage and an LED wall wine bar. (There is no alcohol provided). Below the wine bar is a granite top desk and a chair that is reserved as a designated workspace. In the same area there is a large round bar style granite dining table that seats 4 guests. Next to the breakfast area, there is an extended granite kitchen island that seats an additional 6 guests. There is also a gorgeous granite dining table that has an upholstery bench with seating space for 3. An additional 3 chairs can be added to the dining table to seat a total of 6 guests. The home has a fully equipped kitchen; encompassing dishes, bowls, glassware, flatware, wine glasses, pots, pans, crockpot, toasters, grills, stove with air fryer feature, touch style microwave, pizza trays, serving trays and serving platters. There are paper goods, paper towels and a free coffee/tea station with condiments for our guests. Please see pantry for guests complimentary welcoming basket. Because we want your stay to be exceptional; there is also a guest Welcome Guide/rule book located at the designated workstation. In the Welcome guide there is a list of rules, a section for local restaurant options and a section for you to leave your comments or suggestions for improvements at The Tiffany Retreat. You will find plenty of linen, mattress pads, comforters, blankets, pillows, towels, toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, conditioners, blow dryer, razors, area rugs and clothes baskets in each of the bedroom closets of the retreat. There is a laundry room as well with a washer, dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, laundry detergent, softener bleach. an iron, and board for guests to utilize. There is also a utility rack inside the laundry room stocked with a blender, mixer, toasters, electric broiler, crockpot for guests convenience.
The Tiffany Retreat has ample sleeping quarters for everyone, including a master bedroom with a king bed, seating area and a private bathroom. All other guests share the other 2 bathrooms both located in the hallways. There is a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed that sleeps 2. There’s a third bedroom with a full bed and 2 separate twin beds. Lastly, there’s a 4th bedroom on the opposite end of the house near the half bathroom which has a queen size sofa bed with a tv and can also be used as a media room. Additionally, the oversized sofa in the living room can accommodate an extra guest for sleeping. (Upon advanced request, and at an additional cost, guests can request extra sleeping accommodations for 2 additional guests to sleep in the living room). All bedrooms rooms have blinds and blackout curtains, for a cozy nite of sleep.
Guests can exit through the back double doors at the breakfast/dining area that lead directly outside to sit on the deck and take in the aroma of fresh air. While at the retreat, guests will find multiple spaces all around the property to meditate, relax, lounge, bbq on the grill, sit around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, read, interact with nature, chat with family or simply listen to music. NOTE: Guests will need to buy their own wood for the firepit and charcoal or propane for use of the outdoor grill. Neither charcoal, propane nor fire wood are supplied by The Tiffany Retreat. It is our goal at The Tiffany Retreat, to provide the ultimate relaxation experience for each of our special guests and to offer the perfect environment to enjoy a peaceful, recharging, revitalizing and comfortable stay for up to 12 guests.
