The 'Belaire', an 1100 sq. ft plus manufactured home, with 3 separate bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 baths, full kitchen, dining and living room. This unit comes complete with a dock,, gas grill, and a picnic table. The Bellaire rents for $900.00 per week/ $170.00 per night- 3 NIGHT MINIMUM. This property sleeps 6 people.
The 'Brass Bell' is an 800 sq. ft completely renovated cabin with a master bedroom/bath suite. The living area has full kitchen, dinette and pull-out living room sofa. This unit has a deck with screened enclosure. The 'Brass Bell' rents for $700.00 per week, $130.00 per night 3 NIGHT MINIMUM. This unit can accommodate 2-3 people.
Neither units have beach or bath towels included. Please bring your own.
