The house is a new construction from top to bottom that was finished in December of 2021. The place is perfect for large groups who are looking for a nice place to work and getaway. There is over 3000+ sq ft of living space perfect to accommodate any needs. There are many dedicated workspaces in bedrooms as well as plenty of lounges and workspaces in open living areas. The house is perfect for large family gatherings and corporate getaways.

This place has a strict NO HOUSE PARTY rule. Please follow the house rules, eviction or being asked to leave is strictly enforced when breaking this rule. Smoking inside is also prohibited.
