Restaurant Description

From the minute you walk-in the authenticity of this place is readily apparent. With a 150 year old barn from the Y.O. Ranch built right in the restaurant along with artwork, photography and artifacts from the ranch from which it's named. Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse is a memorable Texas Experience. Our prime Grade A beef aged to perfection, seasoned with our own brand of herbs and spices, is fired, seared and cooked just they way you like it. You will find that you can't get steak any better anywhere than at the Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse. Years of cooking out in Texas Hill Country combined with the culinary skills of our Chefs also makes the Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse the place to try our Wild Game specialties. Once you have our succulent Grilled Quail Salad, Elk Chops or Buffalo Tenderloin you can bet that you will have at least three new favorites to add to your dining choices.
