Restaurant Description
Based on previous successes in the restaurant and bar industry, Mark and Dirk Kelcher opened Metro Grill in Dallas in October 2005. Amid an eclectic mix of standbys with a twist, Metro features sumptuous menu items such as: Chinese Chicken Wings, with spicy sauce with green onions and toasted sesame seeds and cilantro; Not Your Mothers Meatloaf with sauteed spinach and mashed potatoes with tomato broth; and Smothered Pork Chops with white cheddar grits and sauteed onions and mushrooms.
