Not a problem— a pontoon may be available and if mine is not --boats are available for rent at nearby Lakeside Marina.
Crown Jewel is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom-- 3 bath loft unit located on the 3rd level of Building 250 which directly overlooks an infinity pool. This spacious unit sleeps a maximum of eight (8) guests. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs; one with a queen bed and the master’s bedroom has a king size bed. The upstairs loft has one queen and two twin beds. Neutral tile floors and carpet showcase local art throughout the unit.

One half (1/2) of the Total Rental Fee is required to hold a reservation. The amount due and dates due will be specified on the Agreement, which will be emailed to prospective renter following verbal or email intent to rent the property. Rentals reserved less than 21 days prior to renter arrival date require the total rental fee paid when Agreement is returned to owner. For rentals reserved greater than 21 days prior to rental period, ½ of total rental fee is required with the signed Agreement and the balance due 21 days prior to renters’ arrival date. Upon renter return of the signed Agreement and specified deposit, the reservation will be confirmed. If the Agreement and deposit are not received by due date noted on the Agreement, my condo will be placed back on the open rental market. The security deposit will be returned to the renter within 2 weeks after the last day of the stay if there is no damage to condo, furnishings, common area property and no inventory is missing from the home. The security deposit will be retained by owner if maximum occupancy (8) is not adhered to; HOA Rules are violated or No Smoking; No Pets; No Fireworks rules are violated.
Cancellation: $150.00 of the $250.00 security deposit plus the rental amount paid will be refunded IF cancellation is made greater than 21 days prior to confirmed arrival date. For a cancellation 20 days or less prior to arrival date, the renter forfeits the $250.00 security deposit. To cancel a reservation, the renter must speak with F. Parker of intent to cancel. Voice message by renter on land line or cell phone is not accepted as notice of cancellation.
