Lake Happy is a stunning new construction, two-story home in The Point subdivision. Enjoy a relaxing getaway in a quiet secluded neighborhood. Big water views that have almost 200 feet of waterfront with deep, year around water, with a floating dock on the end. One of the best waterfronts in the area and the biggest dock in the community! Fall in love with the open floor plan with a large kitchen equipped with a Keurig coffee pot, dining, and living area! The primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located on the main level. You’ll also find a powder room on the main level. Lake views from the master bedroom, living room, and upstairs loft area! Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and a loft/second living area with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and there’s a full bathroom in the hallway.
Outside you will find a fabulous sitting area with a gas grill and dining area. Please enjoy the kayaks that are at the property as well.

Centrally located in many hot spots, Lake Happy is just minutes away from Harbor Pointe Marina, Bluffs Daiquiri, Chuckwalla's Pizza and Marina, and the famous Chimney Rock! Approx. 30 miles from Jordan Hare Stadium, an hour's drive from Montgomery, and a 2-hour drive from Birmingham Airport.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

All trash and perishables must be disposed of in a dumpster at the main entrance and dishes washed.
