Elaina, MSPT, is a Physical Therapist for the Dacula South clinic. She received her Master?s Degree in Physical Therapy in, 2001 and her Bachelor?s Degree in Health Science, in 2000; both degrees obtain from Nazareth College, Rochester, NY.

Elaina has experience in working in outpatient, acute care and inpatient rehabilitation clinical settings. Elaina has achieved success in the treatment of spinal dysfunction and derangement, stroke rehabilitation and ergonomics. She received her McKenzie Certification- Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment, 2009
