2021 Sandpiper Fifth Wheel Camper is waiting to take your family on an adventure.

This 38ft camper provides sleeping space for 6 people. It has a 5 large slide out, that with a touch of a button, expands the interior space of the camper.

Get a great night's sleep on the memory foam topped, Queen-size bed, dual wardrobe closets. The master bedroom has its own door that adds privacy from the rest of the camper. All necessary linens provided for the Qeen sized bed, which includes pillows, sheets, and comforter. All linens are washed/sanitized after each use.

The main area has a sofa that converts into a bed, and two reclining chairs, a dinette set, a TV with DVD player, a fireplace and a full kitchen. There is a 55 inch TV and speakers in the ceiling to play the radio, DVD /movies, or you can attach your phone to play your own music. The fireplace can just be used for visual ambiance to get the look of a fire place without the heat. Or the fireplace can produce heat to keep you warm on a cold night.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, range, stovetop, microwave, and sink. There are pots and pans ready for any meal you wish to cook. Plenty of utensils and silverware to enjoy your meals. There are cups, plates, and bowls provided for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with majority of the essentials needed to enjoy your camping experience. The bathroom is private and contains a shower, sink and toilet. 4 Towels and wash clothes included to make packing easier. All linens are washed/sanitized after each use. There is plenty of cabinet space for your toiletries.
Our second bed is a great place children. This room offers a half bath 2 twin size bed with a couch that folds into a full size bed.

There is a large automatic, remote controlled, awning.

Camper comes stocked with:
Cooking utensils, toilet paper, water hose, 50 amp electrical cord, sewer hook up lines, linens.

Please contact me for pricing. Camper is delivery only since it is a fifth wheel and oversized.

If the camper is returned in less than acceptable condition and require more than normal cleaning a cleaning fee will be applied.

When booking your site, please book a site for a 38ft camper, 42 ft site is preferable.

We are located in Cumming, GA and are happy to deliver and set up for you for a small fee.

Suggest Items to Bring:
Cooler with Ice, Blankets, Sheets and Pillows for fold down beds. Garbage bags, camping chairs, paper towels, coffee, and coffee cups, disposable plates, and cups and toiletries.
