Hi! We are Ken and Dory Furman. If you live or rent campers in the Cumming area you have probably stayed with us or seen the listing for our 5th wheel. WE HAVE EXPANDED!! Incase you don't know us, Ken works with his family's roofing company and I am a RN in critical care. We have 3 boys (2 that are out of the nest!) and 3 dogs. For that reason, we are pet friendly. They are part of our family and understand that most people feel the same way.
If you need something smaller than our 5th wheel, this is the camper for you! It is perfect for a couple or small family getaway. You will have 36 fully stocked feet of comfort and relaxation.
The private bedroom has a King sized bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress topper as well as a large closet for storage and its own air conditioning unit. The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway and has a shower only, (no tub in this unit). In the kitchen you will find most everything you would need for your home away from home. Full list included below. There is a table area next to the living room. The living room has a coach (pulls out to queen bed) and a 2 theater type chairs recline and provide the best view of the television and fireplace.

We still provide all linens needed for your time in our camper, including:
King Duvet and cover, king sheets and pillows.
Queen Duvet and cover, queen sheets and pillows for pull out bed
6 bath towels **We do not provide washcloths or beach towels. Please bring these from home if needed.**

Kitchen : We provide Pots and pans, a toaster, a griddle, a coffee pot (Can use k-cups or regular ground coffee), a cookie sheet, plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, all utensils for both cooking and eating, mixing bowls, storage bowls, cutting board and measuring cups. Please feel free to ask us about anything that is specifically needed. If it isn't in the camper already we can probably get it in there for you.
*****WE PROVIDE RV APPROPRIATE TOILET PAPER***** We do insist that you not use any other kind of toilet paper. I can't stress this enough. Wipes and regular paper WILL damage our black tank and unfortunately that charge will be passed on to you. Ok, I'm off of my soapbox :)
We also provide starter items like a roll of paper towels, 3 trash bags, a dish towel and sponge, dish detergent and cleaning supplies.

When you arrive, we will complete a walk through and answer questions you may have. We ask that you return the camper the same way that it was delivered to you. That will all be covered during the walk through.
Our goal is simply to help you enjoy time with your family and minimize the amount of stress and packing.
