Your landlord got foreclosed. Do you have to go?

Unreal! I have personally heard of many people getting threats of eviction here in Crested Butte. Some banks have offered cash for keys to move out within 30 days but always with a threat of eviction if you don't. Do not let the banks take advantage of you, stand up for your rights and make sure you have a valid lease in place.
