Sugarbear's Sweet Shop in Covington specializes in creating delicious cakes for the past year at its first physical location. However, we’ve been in business for over 15 years. We are excited to continue to come up with new recipes, designs, and meet new people. Our cakes include anniversary, baby shower, graduation, wedding, and holiday cakes to name a few. We create themes through 2D and 3D designs. Past cakes include Hooters, Monsters Inc, The Little Mermaid, Duck Dynasty, turtles, Mardi Gras, and Toy Story. We also make petit fours, cupcakes, and other mini cakes. Choose traditional flavors such as vanilla, yellow cake, chocolate, and marble or try our original flavors such as almond, strawberry filled, and red velvet. The owner was inspired by a friend to take a baking class that specialized in children’s birthday cakes and the career took off from there. Jerry Hayes found a passion for creating beautiful cakes that are masterpieces of taste and artistry. Wedding cakes can include special features such as fresh or silk flowers, ribbons, and taffeta.
