If you would like, we deliver, set up, fill up the propane, and empty the waste tanks when you are finished. All you have to do is show up and enjoy! We deliver to Durango, Monticello, Bluff, and Farmington. We do not deliver to Morefield Campground, Ouray, or Silverton. We also have a camp pad on our property that is available for rent. We DO NOT allow pets.

Towing requirements:
* Vehicle that can tow a minimum of 3500 lbs with 465 lb hitch weight
* 2" receiver hitch
* 7 pin connector (a 4 pin converted to 7 will not work)
* Trailer brake controller
We will provide a hitch and sway bar.

There is a queen bed in front. The U-shaped dinette makes into a bed that will sleep one adult or 2 children. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pans, electric coffee pot, etc. Bedding and towels provided upon request only. We provide an outdoor rug and 4 camping chairs for your use.

The ideal camp setting would be a campsite with full hook-ups (water, sewer, and 30-amp electric). The solar panel will keep the battery charged to run the lights, fridge, and heater. You must be plugged into power or rent the generator to be able to use the outlets, microwave, and air conditioner.
