This property is situated near the mouth of the Kenai River and a few miles from the Russian River which is home to some of the the best Sockeye Salmon sport fishing in the world and finest Rainbow Trout fishery in Alaska.
While this area is known for the world class fishing, there is no limit to your options for other activities. There are multiple trails for hiking, floating the Kenai River, kayaking on Kenai Lake or taking a horseback ride. Opportunity abounds for wildlife viewing of moose, bear, eagle, owl, beaver and lynx.
Cooper Landing is home to this cabin. Resurrection Pass Trailhead and Crescent Lake Hiking Trail are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Chugach National Forest and Kenai River.
