Clinical Experience: 33+ years as a physical therapist in multiple clinical environments with a wide variety of experiences.
Trudy Forbush, PT, is the Physical Therapist for Select Physical Therapy?s Conway outpatient physical therapy center located at 2425 Dave Ward Drive. She has achieved success in the treatment of rotator cuff repairs, foot injuries and pain, knee injuries and repairs, total joint arthroplasties, carpal tunnel, low back rehabilitation and spine rehabilitation with emphasis on manual interventions. She is an adjunct lecturer at the local University in their Doctor of Physical Therapy program. In her spare time, Trudy sings with the Arkansas Chamber Singers and is a member of her praise team at church.
She earned her physical therapy degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She has extensive experience and continuing education in:
? Manual therapy of the spine and extremities (cervical, thoracic, lumbar, SIJ, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, ankle and foot)
? Functional Capacity Evaluations and Post-Offer Employment Testing
? Vestibular rehabilitation
? Cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation
? Unique and specialized foot and ankle differential diagnosis and intervention
