Restaurant Description
You must come try the first Sushi Conveyer Belt in the Charlotte area. As you sit comfortably at the sushi bar, you can take your pick from dozens of selections as they glide past you on the belt. Or if you're not up for sitting at the sushi bar, dine in one of our several individual tables, which keep you private in a bamboo enclosure. There you can still select from the sushi menu or enjoy a hibachi style meal. With the décor and menu inspired by authentic Hong Kong restaurants, Fuji San Japanese Restaurant is well worth the trip!
