Welcome to the Bison Grille. The "Grill" has been operated since 2002 by CE-4 Enterprises Inc. our proprietor is Curtis E. Sinks. He has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years with the simple philosophy of giving people a good value of quality, reasonably priced food with personal service in a friendly atmosphere and they will come back time after time. This has proven to be a successful endeavor as our annual growth can attest. So whether its breakfast on the weekend with the family, a quick sandwich for lunch or a leisurely meal in the evening with that special someone by our stone fireplace with a bottle of wine, Curt and his staff are sure to provide you with the enjoyable setting you require. You may be tempted to pass an entire afternoon away enjoying the view from our patio with the scenic views of the Front Range and the water feature adjacent to our 18th hole. Our outdoor pavilion is perfect for any size function you may need, be it a golf outing, family reunion, corporate event, or wedding, you name it we can accommodate up to 250 people in a picturesque setting worthy of many a snapshot. So bring the family, kids are always welcome at the Bison Grille. The Bison Grille is open year round from: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
