Coin Dealer

I am a new-to-the-scene coin enthusiast. My dad has been trying to get me interested in coin collecting for years. For the longest time I was just humoring him by enduring his long drawn out stories about one coin or another. But one day, it all just started to click. I don't know if it was a moment of clarity or a particularly interesting story about a certain coin. At that moment I really began to appreciate what my dad was trying to teach me.
Now that my dad has seen my newfound interest is really blossoming, he has introduced my to his longtime friend and coin dealer. Greg, the coin dealer, is a very interesting man. He has been a coin dealer and collector for many years. He really knows his stuff! He owns a pawn shop in town and his inventory of coins makes me absolutely drool. It seems like he has at least one of every coin ever made. As a professional coin dealer, he is always on the lookout for new and interesting coinage. He thoroughly loves to learn about the history behind each and every coin he buys. Many of the coins have unique and interesting stories to hear. Knowing these special stories has the potential to increase the coin's value. Having the ability to retell these stories to prospective buyers only increases the coin's appeal.
