Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with its’ own walk-in closet and private bathroom. Bedroom #3 contains a queen bed and has access to its’ own bathroom located in the hallway. There is a loft with a twin bed. Bedroom #4 (on main level) has a queen bed. Bedrooms #5 has a queen sleeper sofa bedrooms #6 and #7 (both downstairs) contain a queen bed in one room and twin bunkbeds in the other and have access to a shared bathroom with step-in shower.
Bathroom #2 and #3 are both upstairs and are a full bath with tub/shower combo and one sink.
Bathroom #4 is on the main floor and is a half bath.
Bathroom #5 has a single sink and enclosed shower and is located in the basement.

We are located near Exit 156 along the northern edge of Colorado’s El Paso County, between Denver and Colorado Springs, only 5 minutes from the Air Force Academy in a community called Northgate Highlands. The area boasts of spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains emerging from the Plains just to the west. And to the southwest, Pikes Peak dominates the horizon. Denver and Colorado Springs are both short drives from Northgate Highlands, making this an ideal setting with easy access to metropolitan amenities. The Northgate area, just five minutes down Voyager Parkway serves as a very convenient base for local shopping, dining and recreational opportunities. Northgate Highlands and the surrounding communities offer guests enjoyable recreational hiking, walking, and biking paths with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and Pikes Peak.
One of the most notable points of interest in the area is Pikes Peak. Colorado has 54 peaks that are over 14,000 feet in elevation. There are two peaks with paved roads which can be driven all the way to the top: Pikes Peak and Mount Evans. Pikes Peak was deemed “America’s Mountain†when Katharine Lee Bates wrote the words that became America the Beautiful after visiting the top of the mountain. The drive to the entrance gate of Pikes Peak Park is approximately 35 min. away. You can also take the Cog Railway to the top of Pikes Peak, beginning in Manitou Springs.
