Tomo Sushi, Colorado Springs sushi bar. We offer sushi in a warm, casual and friendly environment. If you're looking for sushi in Colorado Springs, look no further! Our goal is to provide quality and consistency so you can have the experience you expect time and time again! Tomo Sushi provides friendly, attentive service. Our chefs create a blend of traditional and contemporary sushi combinations from around the world. We also feature traditional and signature oriental dishes, using only USDA Choice steaks and organically raised chicken. All of our sauces are made from scratch using only fresh ingredients. We at Tomo Sushi are proud to annouce the largest selection of Sake (cold / hot) in Colorado springs. We feature over 35 hot and cold sakes'. Our sake selection includes the more popular and well known sakes', such as Ozeki, Yaegaki, and Kuromatsu-Hakushika. We are also very please to annouce that 24 of the sakes are imported from different prefectures ( regions ) in Japan. They are known as "Artisan or Specialty" sakes'. One of the sake is produced by a 5th generation sake brewing family and another is brewed by the first female sake master recognized in Japan. The variety or classification of sake that we carry are Nigori (unfiltered), Ginjo, Junmai, Junmai-Ginjo and the pinnacle of sake, the Junmai-Daiginjo. We will be offering Sake samplers or flights, so you will be able to determine which sake is you favorite. We are also working on having a Sake and Sushi Dinner night, where we will be matching up several different sakes with an assortment of sushi for you to experience.
