Professional Photography is highly suggested. Pictures say a thousand words and a first impression is priceless! When listing a home, your photos should encourage the buyer to want to make an offer before they ever enter the home. If desired, drone photos can also be taken to display the layout of your entire property.

I will provide a Buyer's Package for you that includes important Disclosures and a sample Purchase Contract. You can review these documents ahead of time so you are familiar with them and prepared when it is time to sign on the dotted line. Any questions you have can be answered before hand to ease the stress and anxiety of the Home Buying Process.

Financing Options

Financing is the mortar that holds your transaction together! It is very important to use a lender that is local. All too often out of town lenders may be difficult to contact and you may feel more comfortable providing paperwork and such, face to face. Aside from the fact that appraisers are hired by your lender. If they are not local, your appraiser may not be local either. An appraiser should be familiar with your builder and neighborhood market. Just in case you are not pre-approved for your loan, I have a list of trusted lenders that I work with to assure your transaction goes as smooth as possible. Inspections

Real estate decisions can be difficult and complicated, which is why it’s important to know what you are doing. Pest and Home Inspections are highly encouraged when purchasing a property! I have inspectors that I work with on a regular basis that can be hired if you don't already have one in mind. When it comes to inspections, this is not an area you want to overlook. You can count on me to guide you through every step of the process.
