16 inch minimum length hitch required for use. I provide the hitch - at no extra cost, when available.
Prefilled 20 single or dual propane tank rental available for additional fees.
Early bird pick up and/or late drop off is available for additional fees.
$50 mandatory RV cleaning fee applies for standard cleaning (excludes waste dump, pet, sand, heavily soiled, festival/tail gaiting cleaning or smoking violations).
$50 fee for pet cleaning, is additional.
$50 fee for dumping waste is additional, if not done prior to return.
$250 fee additional cleaning fee will be charged to renter if RV trailer is returned heavily soiled, needs ANY sand cleaning outside or inside of RV trailer.
I do not allow smoking, no exceptions. My wife and children all suffer from severe asthma, so if you plan on smoking, please look/rent elsewhere.
Smoking violation will incur $250 additional fee.
A walk through is mandatory during pick up and drop off.
Communication and transparency is key, as a practicing physician assistant, everyone's safety and health is paramount to me.
Please make the effort to return RV as clean as possible after use.
