Dr. Ryan Murphy | Hosey PodiatryDr. Ryan Murphy completed his undergraduate degree at Miami University in Oxford, OH and earned his DPM degree at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. He completed his residency at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, MI where he learned many of the newest and most cutting edge surgical techniques in foot and ankle reconstruction. He has published articles in podiatric medical journals and is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Some of his specialties include forefoot surgery, fracture repair, sports medicine, and treatment/surgical correction of ankle pain. Dr. Murphy has gone on medical missions to remote countries where he and his team performed surgeries to correct severe deformities in local children.

Dr. Murphy was born and raised in the Detroit area. He now lives here with his wife, daughter, and dog. He loves sports and is a big Detroit sports fan. He enjoys playing basketball, golf, tennis, and a multitude of other sports.
