This newly remodeled four-bedroom two-bath home sits in a residential neighborhood, on the 50 mile-marker overlooking the main channel.
Inside, the main floor consists of the living room with pull out couch, banquette dining for eight, and fully furnished kitchen. The upper level consists of one bedroom with a queen bed, two bedrooms with one full sized bed, and one bedroom with two full sized beds, activity room, and a full bath.
Outside, guests will enjoy a large covered porch on the main level. It is fully furnished for
relaxing, dining, and grilling. Other amenities includes level grassed yard, basketball court, private dock with swim ladder and swings.
The dock does have an open covered boat slip for you to bring your own boat. Free to use boat ramp is only 200 feet from the house.
The Trinity House is furnished for normal housekeeping, including linens and towels, dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, and basic appliances. Guests need only bring their food, life preservers and towels for lake activities.
