The main floor comes with a fully equipped kitchen, (including a newly installed electric range and microwave), spacious living room with a sofa sleeper, a large sun room looking out over the lake with two twin beds, two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The lower level comes with a wet bar, family room, a sleeping area with a full bed and a bunk bed with a full and twin mattress. The lower level opens up to a furnished open air concrete patio just steps from the waters edge. The property also has its own boat ramp and its own two slip dock.
