This 1 bedroom, fully furnished designer apartment, is on the second floor of our two family home. The apartment has a separate entrance exclusive to the apartment. There is in-unit laundry (washer/dryer) and ample parking. This centrally located apartment with ample free street parking and is nearby:

My newly renovated apartment is located in beautiful and convenient Clifton New Jersey! While the apartment is only 1 bedroom, the open and airy layout can accommodate up to 4 people. We offer what you need to make your stay perfectly comfortable.
The home is furnished with one queen-size memory foam bed in the bedroom, and one queen-size air mattress (available if requested) in the living room. The optimal amount of guests would be 1-3 people. But we can definitely fit 4 if you are traveling with additional guests. Please keep in mind, this is an apartment not an entire house.
Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, drinkware, and plates you will need to cook yourself and your family dinner from scratch!
The living room is furnished with a 55in Smart TV where you'll be able to Netflix, Hulu, and chill with friends.
In terms of amenities, I've got you covered! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, coffee, and portable fans. Additionally, there is an in-unit washer/dryer which is a luxury in the metro NYC area.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, My home is equipped with exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside of the home.

All guests will have keypad access to the front door entrance and apartment to self check-in and self check-out. The codes will be sent to guests the night prior to check-in and will last until 10am of guests check-out date.
Located in Clifton, this apartment is in the city center and in the mountains. American Dream and Manhattan Cruise Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit DreamWorks Water Park and Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park. Check out an event or a game at MetLife Stadium, and consider making time for Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum, a top attraction not to be missed.
