- The pool is not available during winter, and it's only available during summer season. (Pool is not heated)

To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

This vacation home is located in Citrus Heights. Folsom Powerhouse and Historic Folsom are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Roller King Skating & Blading and Placer County Fairgrounds.
